Thanks for your help in purchasing the R700 on
Saturday. Your knowledgeable, friendly manner coupled with the fact that
there was no pressure to buy either the laptop or any accessories, extra
warranty cover, etc made the whole process a pleasure.
It was unbelievably simple to get the wireless
broadband working and even managed to transfer all my photos and itunes
music without any trouble.

transfer itunes from one computer to another as I know we discussed this
as being a potential problem.

In todays world I think good
service never gets true rewards and that people are born to moan and
complain. well at your company I have found the best customer service
and after sales help on PC's and laptops. I have recently bought a Dell
HDD and needed some help on the software installation, which I got from
Paul and Malcolm.

received today the refurbished lap-tops I ordered. Both seem in excellent
condition & working order.
When searching the
internet to find a used lap top at a reasonable price, I found few offers
in which I felt I could have confidence in the condition of the goods.
